Puella was formed in early 2017 by three experienced singers: Angel Bollemeyer, Felly Watimmena, and Meikelin Soumokil. Their friendship and shared love for 80s & 90s music such as Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Madonna, Lisa Stansfield, Chaka khan, Natalie Cole, Destiny's Child, and En Vogue among others inspire these soloist to form Puella.
